Tom Arnold reacts to the alleged domestic dispute between his former neighbors Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Sheen, calling the situation "sad."

ET has obtained the court papers that show Bristol Palin has filed for sole custody of son Tripp, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Levi Johnston.
Bristol's attorney Thomas V. Van Flein said in the papers, "The best interests of the child compel the conclusion that Bristol should be awarded 100% legal and physical custody of Tripp, with visitation rights in favor of Levi."
Despite a request by Bristol's legal team to keep the court proceedings closed, the status of the case is currently listed as being open. Levi said, "I feel more comfortable in a public courtroom which will help everyone stay civil and be on their best behavior."

Details are emerging in the alleged domestic dispute that resulted in the Christmas Day arrest of Charlie Sheen in Aspen, CO.
ET has obtained the Aspen Police Department affidavit in support of warrantless arrest in which the police report that Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller claimed that "It's happened before" and that Sheen told the responding officer that Mueller threatened to divorce him and take the children.
Officer Rick Magnuson says Sheen told him that the couple began arguing at 3:30 in the morning, about five hours before a 911 call was placed, and that the catalyst of the argument stemmed from a song that Sheen shared with his daughter, "whom he fathered with another woman," and that Mueller "was jealous of this relationship with the daughter."

President Barack Obama has reportedly left a Hawaiian golf course over a "personal matter." The Associated Press reports that President Obama immediately left the greens and that an ambulance was headed to the First Family's Hawaiian compound. ET has learned that it was a family friend who experienced a minor injury from bumping his head during a surfing lesson, and that the First Family is not injured.

ET has obtained the 911 call related to Charlie Sheen's Christmas Day arrest. Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller made the call and alleged that her husband threatened her with a knife. Click here to listen to audio from the 911 call. On the call, Mueller tells the 911 operator that she is calling to report "domestic abuse," and alleges that Sheen threatened her with a knife, which she says was still in his possession at the time of the call.

It may not be known until February whether charges will be filed against Charlie Sheen for alleged domestic abuse.
Prosecutors tell ET that they probably won't decide if they will file charges against him until just prior to his next scheduled court appearance on Feb. 8.
The actor was arrested Christmas Day on suspicion of menacing, second-degree assault and criminal mischief. Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin said on Monday that second-degree assault is the most serious charge and usually carries potential jail time of two to eight years, with a fine of $2,000 to $500,000.

Following a dramatic five-year custody battle, David Goldman reunited with his son Sean in Brazil on Christmas Eve and tells the "Today" show that he and his son will "heal."
When Sean was four, David's then-wife took their son on a two-week trip to Brazil but never returned. David's wife then divorced him and married a prominent lawyer. She passed away last year and her Brazilian husband then tried to adopt Sean, but Brazilian courts eventually ruled that Sean must be returned to Goldman, his father. Cameras captured a mob scene on Thursday, Dec. 24, as Sean, 9, was led by his stepfather to the U.S. consulate in Rio de Janeiro to be reunited with his father.
