Former New York Governor and sex scandal survivor Eliot Spitzer talks to ET about Tiger Woods, extending well-wishes to the golf star and his family. "I have nothing to say about it but to wish him well," he tells ET. The disgraced politician lost his career after published reports, backed by federal wiretaps, claimed Spitzer spent up to $80,000 for prostitution services over a period of several years. Just In: Tiger Woods’ Detailed Incident Report

ET has the latest... ET has just obtained the incident report detailing what the officer from the Windermere, FL police department encountered when he arrived on the scene of Tiger Woods' early morning car accident on November 27. "Upon my arrival, I observed a black male lying in the roadway not moving, covered in a blanket and resting his head on a pillow,” the officer says in the report. “There was a white female kneeling over the subject (later identified to be the wife: Elin Nordegren). I made contact with the subject, known to be Tiger Woods. "My immediate observations were that of an unresponsive male subject, breathing adequately with lacerations to the lips and noticeable blood in the mouth. Mr. Woods was not responsive. Jenna Elfman & Minka Kelly Among Stars to Share ‘Christmas Stories’ with Underprivileged Kids

"Accidentally On Purpose" actress Jenna Elfman joined the likes of Priscilla Presley and "Friday Night Lights" star Minka Kelly to offer some holiday cheer to underprivileged children. ET has the details! Hollywood talent came out over the weekend for the Christmas Stories XVII event that was put on by The Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre. Celebs performed skits and told Christmas stories to benefit the Hollywood Police Activities League’s annual Christmas party for underprivileged children and their inner city programs for at-risk youth. Other stars to help out with the cause included Anne Archer, Erika Christensen, Jason Dohring, MC Lyte, Beth Riesgraf and film composer Mark Isham. Lindsay Davenport is a friend of Tiger Woods and his wife Elin and tells ET that the picture being painted of Elin by the media as an aggressive woman is completely false. The tennis pro has a home near Tiger's house in Orange County, California and describes the acclaimed golfer's spouse as "very loving, very loyal" and "level-headed." Dennis Quaid to Launch Family Foundation

After nearly losing his newborn twins to a medical mishap, Dennis Quaid is on the forefront of change in patient care. The Hollywood dad is teaming up with American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) to announce a new alert system and training program -- as well as his own family foundation. Quaid is announcing his support for ASHP's Pharmacy Technician Initiative and the new National Alert Network (NAN). The Pharmacy Technician Initiative will secure standardized requirements for pharmacy technician training, and NAN will help prevent dangerous and repeated medication errors. Read More »

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts acknowledged the accomplishments of Robert De Niro, Bruce Springsteen, and Mel Brooks on Sunday by presenting the entertainers with the esteemed Kennedy Center Honors.In his address to the honorees, President Barack Obama admitted to stealing a line from wife Michelle, saying, “The arts are not somehow apart from our national life, the arts are at the heart of our national life.”The December 6 event also acknowledged the distinguished careers of jazz great Dave Brubeck and opera star Grace Bumbry. Taylor Swift & ‘Twilight’ Star Taylor Lautner Show Up at Jingle Ball

ET was backstage when singing sensation Taylor Swift and 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' actor Taylor Lautner arrived to the 102.7 KIIS FM Jingle Ball 2009 concert -- the event's host Ryan Seacrest talked to ET's Kevin Frazier about the rumored couple. "Just say the name Taylor in this house and see who says hi," Seacrest said. "Just see how many voices you hear when you say Taylor tonight." Swift performed at the Jingle Ball and gave Kevin a quick hug backstage. Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley’s Daughter Hospitalized

Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley's daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, has been hospitalized in New York. ET confirms that the NYPD and FDNY responded to an aided case at an apartment around 12:21 p.m. on Saturday. The FDNY tells us they transported a female from the apartment to a Manhattan hospital because she wasn’t feeling well. The incident is still under investigation. A law enforcement official speaking on the condition of anonymity tells the Associated Press that a friend of the 23-year-old singer dialed 911 from Joel’s apartment and said Joel had consumed several pills. Report: Tiger Woods Reaches Seven-Figure Deal with Alleged Mistress

Tiger Woods is reportedly paying off his alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel for her silence about their supposed relationship. RadarOnline.com says sources close to the situation tell them Woods will pay Uchitel over $1 million, but less than $3 million, for a guarantee that she won’t release the reported hundreds of emails and texts they’ve exchanged over the past five months, or admit to their alleged affair publicly.
