ET has learned that Jon Gosselin came home to his Manhattan apartment Saturday afternoon to find it "wrecked," according to his attorney, with a note "that had been affixed to Jon’s bedroom dresser by a butcher knife." The former "Jon & Kate Plus 8" reality star's attorney, Mark Jay Heller, Esq., claims that Jon "was horrified, disheartened, and saddened to observe the devastation of his furniture, clothing and personal belongings, which were apparently slashed with a butcher knife by a very troubled and sick perpetrator." ET has learned that an undisclosed "weapon of some sort" was involved in Charlie Sheen's domestic violence incident that happened Christmas Day in Aspen, CO. Aspen Police Department spokesperson Stephanie Dasaro would not reveal what kind of weapon was involved, but she did confirm to ET that the charges against the "Two and a Half Men" star do involve the use of "a weapon of some sort." The 44-year-old star was arrested and put in jail yesterday morning after police responded to a 911 call. He is charged with second degree assault, a class four felony; menacing, a class five felony; and criminal mischief, a class one misdemeanor.
