A man was arrested Monday for both violating a court order and stalking while violating a court order after he was found to be near Jennifer Garner's daughter Violet Affleck's school.
Steven Burky was arrested after he was found to be near the school, but not on the actual campus. Garner obtained the restraining order against Burky in November of 2008 after she said that he’d been stalking her since 2002.
She said in court papers back in 2008 that Burky had followed her around the country and sent her packages and letters. "This past year, Mr. Burky has resurfaced and his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening," she reported.
"He has now shown up at my private residence and has repeatedly expressed his belief that God has sent him a vision of me being persecuted in some manner that might result in my death," ...

Tom Brady confessed in a new interview on Monday that he and his wife Gisele Bundchen haven't yet decided on a name for their six-day-old bundle of joy.
Brady, quarterback of the powerhouse New England Patriots football team who won against the Carolina Panthers yesterday, said in a new interview with WEEI Sports Radio Network on Monday: "You know what, I haven't been home all week, so -- we thought we had a name picked for about six months, and then, about two days before he was born she said, 'I don't like that name any more,' so, it was kind of back to the drawing board -- and I've been practicing all week and getting ready for the game."
He explained, "I tell you, we've got about seven or eight choices. I've got to be home for more than two hours to sit down so we can talk about it."

According to court documents obtained by ET, Courtney Love's daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, has been placed under temporary guardianship. A Los Angeles court has granted Wendy O'Connor and Kimberly Dawn Cobain guardianship over the 17-year-old. O'Connor is the mother of the late Kurt Cobain and Kimberly Cobain is the former Nirvana rocker's younger sister, says the Associated Press. The court documents do not indicate the reason for the guardianship, which is in effect until February 10, 2010. The temporary guardians, however, do not have authority over the teenager's trust.

How will Tiger Woods' leave of absence impact the game of golf? Can he rebound from the swirling controversy surrounding him? The Golf Channel's Steve Sands weighs in. "It's hard to tell right now, but obviously Tiger Woods not being in the game for any amount of time is not a great thing for the game of golf, but the game is bigger than an individual, so we'll just have to wait and see how it all plays out," Sands tells ET. "In the short term, the really big hit will be ticket sales of the events that he normally plays and television ratings at the tournaments that he normally plays." "If his indefinite leave of absence goes beyond 2010, then you might see companies not being involved in the PGA tour that are involved in the game of golf right now," he adds.

Cori Rist, the latest woman allegedly connected to Tiger Woods, says she made a mistake when she had an affair with the golf pro, and feels sorry for his wife.
"I'm sorry for her pain. I hate that I'm a part of it," the 31-year-old mother told "Today" show correspondent Natalie Morales on Monday. "I had no idea it would be like this. I can only imagine the pain she's feeling now, and I'm sorry."
She claims she is only telling her story to clear reports that she was paid to be Tiger's lover. "I felt it was necessary to defend myself because I'm hearing negative reports; they're not true," she said on the program. "I'm not an escort, he has not paid me, I'm a mother. At the end of the day, I made a mistake, but I'm not what they're claiming that I am. So I will defend myself ...
