Joel Madden says his girlfriend Nicole Richie is back home following her hospitalization for a reported case of pneumonia.
“So I stepped off the plane after a month out of the country, and basically went straight to the hospital for the week,” Madden blogs. “But don't worry, all is well and we are home with no problems.”
The Good Charlotte rocker and Richie have two children together.

Police say they are investigating a crash that occurred Friday morning involving one of Miley Cyrus' tour buses.
Police say that the driver of the bus, William G. Douglas, 53, of Austin, Texas, passed away at the scene after the bus crashed in Virginia Friday morning. Marty Zilio, 48, was also injured in the crash.
The bus was traveling along with three other buses (carrying members of Miley's production crew but not Miley) southbound on Interstate I-85 just south of Petersburg, VA, when it ran off the left side of the road and overturned, coming to rest on its right side. Police say that the bus passengers were able to exit through the front windshield of the bus.

One of Miley Cyrus' tour buses has crashed in Virginia. Read on for details.
According to WWBT, the bus crashed near Dinwiddie, Virginia earlier this morning, killing one person. The bus was carrying 10 passengers, but Cyrus herself was not on board.
