James Van Der Beek Files for Divorce

ET has learned that former "Dawson's Creek" heartthrob James Van Der Beek has filed for divorce from his wife of nearly six years. Read on for details. In court papers obtained by ET, the actor claims that he and his wife Heather Ann McComb separated in April of this year. They announced the split last June. Oscar nominee James Caan has filed for divorce from his wife of 14 years, and ET has the details. The 69-year-old 'Godfather' and 'Misery' actor cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split with his wife Linda, with whom he has two sons. Hollywood's hottest stars cranked up the heat at US Weekly's "Hot Hollywood" Party in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. The stars shared with ET who they think deserves the title of the most sizzling celeb. Stephanie Pratt said definitively, "Halle Berry. She can do no wrong. She's just always poised and beautiful." Her reality show co-star Kristin Cavallari divulged who she has her eyes on: "I personally think either David Duchovny or Josh Brolin." Other stars had trouble zeroing in on who they would set above the rest. "Dancing with the Stars"' Karina Smirnoff offered, "John Stamos, pretty hot. Keanu Reaves, pretty hot...I don't think there's anybody who's not hot or handsome or gorgeous on TV." Levi Johnston wanted to scope out the crowd and said, "I'll let you know on the way out." "How I Met Your Mother"'s Neil Patrick Harris let us in on a secret: "I'm one of the lucky guys because I play a character on TV right now that wears suits all the time, so I asked the wardrobe girls to throw something together for me and it's pretty much what I wore all day long." Emmy-nominated television personality Jill Martin dished exclusively to ET about her new book, Fashion for Dummies, at a star-studded party in NYC. “We’re really reinventing the Dummy series in a way, because we’re really now making it about fashion, and about women learning how to take what’s in their closet and reinvent it,” Martin told us about her new book, co-authored by Pierre A.
