An adult filmmaker reportedly plans to make a movie based on the story of Jaycee Dugard, the alleged rape and kidnap victim who was reportedly held in the backyard of an Antioch, CA man's home for 18 years. But a rep for Jaycee's family tells ET that the idea is "exploitive, hurtful and breathtakingly unkind." "There is only one true and factual story to be told," a rep for the family tells ET. "If and when Jaycee and her family think it is appropriate, their story will be told by them, in a forum of their choosing with the respect and thoughtfulness they so deserve. Ryan O'Neal is speaking out to ET about not being mentioned in the living trust of his late love, Farrah Fawcett. Ryan released the following statement to ET: "Farrah's and my relationship was based on a deep love and respect for one another and for our son Redmond. After discussing how her financial affairs would be handled in the event of her passing we agreed that our son Redmond would be the primary beneficiary of her estate. These were Farrah’s wishes and I am perfectly happy with them. I sincerely hope that everyone will remember and celebrate the legacy that Farrah left behind, and will now let her rest in peace.”

Following her interview with Oprah Winfrey on Monday, former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin continues to promote her book, sitting down with Barbara Walters to set the record straight about claims made by Levi Johnston that her marriage is on the rocks and that she called her youngest child Trig a derogatory term.
Johnston, 19, claimed on "The Early Show" last month that Palin had called Trig, who is afflicted with Down syndrome, "retarded."
"That's heartbreaking to know that that he would say such a thing and that's not true," she tells Walters, who aired her interview with Palin on "Good Morning America."

Edis Kayalar, who reportedly attempted to extort $100,000 from supermodel Cindy Crawford, has turned himself in, German prosecutors told The Associated Press.
According to the AP, Kayalar turned himself over to police by walking into a precinct in the city of Stuttgart late Monday. He has been charged in the United States on one count of extortion and could face up to two years in prison if he is convicted.
The 26-year-old is accused of threatening to leak a photo of Crawford and husband Rande Gerber's young daughter, Kaia, posing in a questionable manner. He purportedly took this photograph from the family's former nanny. Kayalar will appear before a judge today to determine whether he will remain in custody, according to the AP.

Sir Elton John makes the red ribbon proud with his fundraising efforts for his Elton John AIDS Foundation. His organization recognized former President Bill Clinton, Evelyn and Leonard Lauder, Sharon Stone, and Lily Safra on Monday night in New York by presenting them with Enduring Vision awards. Since founding EJAF in the early '90s in the Unites States and his native United Kingdom, Elton has raised over $150 million for the cause. He told ET, "We live in a time where we mustn't let AIDS get forgotten about…We have to carry on the fight and get as much done as we possibly can in our small way."
