Jon Gosselin's first interview together with girlfriend Hailey Glassman, only on ET: Could it be their last? Will they split up as ET cameras roll? Last night Hailey broke down in front of our Mary Hart as Jon watched. At the beginning of the interview, Jon did not intend to participate. He sat just five feet away, listening. Then, he finally decides to join Hailey -- and that's when the conversation turns to estranged wife Kate Gosselin. "I tell him all the time that he should be friends [with Kate]," says Hailey. "I tell him for his children, you need to be friends. I don't think you should be split up on Thanksgiving. I don't think you should share time on birthdays."

The man accused of stalking Ryan Seacrest, who was arrested last Friday, has entered a plea to a felony stalking charge. The Associated Press reports that Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr. pleaded not guilty to the stalking charge on Tuesday through his attorney. Uzomah has been ordered to stay 500 yards away from the "American Idol" host if he is released on $150,000 bail, says the AP. Uzomah, who was carrying a knife at the time of his arrest according to a restraining order, agreed to be represented by a public defender and is due back in court on November 16, the AP reports.

Paris Hilton was spotted for the first time since tabloid reports surfaced claiming the socialite and her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt got into a physical argument on Halloween. Read on to find out what she told Hollywood.tv about the rumors.
"It's people making up silly stories," she tells the photogs as she and Doug headed into BOA in Hollywood on Monday night.
On Monday, Paris' rep gave ET this exclusive statement saying, "Doug had thrown Paris' phone to a friend inside the car and it went out of the window by accident. Paris was annoyed with Doug because she was afraid that the paparazzi would get her phone. There was never a choking incident. The photographs show Doug asking Paris not to go back outside and to calm down."

Kate Winslet said she felt it was her responsibility to "request an apology" from a British newspaper after the publication insinuated she was lying about not working out during this past award season. More details about the actress' libel suit after the jump...
Winslet won a payout of around $40,000 from the Daily Mail newspaper. "I strongly believe that women should be encouraged to accept themselves as they are, so to suggest that I was lying was an unacceptable accusation of hypocrisy," the Oscar winner said in a statement obtained by People.com.
In a London Court on Tuesday, the publication apologized for the article -- that was headlined "Should Kate Winslet win an Oscar for the World's most irritating actress?" -- and agreed to publish an apology and pay for damages and the actress' legal costs, according to People.

NYU's Tisch School of the Arts Gala honored five of Hollywood's elite—Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, Marcia Gay Harden, Sheila Nevins, and Diana King—Monday night in New York.
Grazer and Howard, who worked together on movies such as 'Angels & Demons' and 'The Da Vinci Code,' hope to translate "The Lost Symbol" to film. Howard told ET, "Dan Brown wouldn't let any of us read it until it was literally published, so we were out there that first weekend getting our copies along with everybody else."
Grazer stressed the importance of partnership and collaboration in his acclaimed career, saying, "Without collaboration, it's very difficult to build the narrative and storytelling and making films, it's essential to be able to collaborate with somebody."
