Kate Gosselin is speaking out about Jon Gosselin's announcement to ET that he no longer wants his family to be filmed for TLC's "Jon & Kate Plus 8." Kate's statement to ET reads: "I'm saddened and confused by Jon's public media statements. Jon has never expressed any concerns to me about our children being involved in the show and, in fact, is on the record as saying he believes the show benefits our children and was taping on Friday with the kids. ET reveals the reason Dennis Hopper was rushed to a New York City hospital on Wednesday morning. Hopper's rep released the following statement regarding the actor's health: "After experiencing some severe flu-like symptoms, and not being in his hometown, Dennis went to the hospital for medical care. He was treated for dehydration, and is now back in his hotel room and feeling much better. An attorney for John Travolta testified in court on Thursday that earlier this year he cautioned one of the two defendants not to go through with the alleged extortion attempt against the star. Attorney Michael McDermott took the stand and attested that he told defendant Pleasant Bridgewater, a former Bahamas senator, over the phone on January 12 that she was committing a crime, says the Associated Press.
