ET has EXCLUSIVE pics from the Heene family's former office space. Unconfirmed reports say the family also lived in the office space before allegedly running out on the rent. Take a look at pics here, said to be taken after the family left, which support claims the "Balloon Boy" family left the placed completely trashed. One of the photos displays the name of the Heene's company, "My You Me Productions" -- an apparent play on the name of wife and mom Mayumi Heene. ...check back tomorrow, more photos to come!

Is the mother of "Balloon Boy" in danger from her husband, Richard Heene? A former colleague of Mayumi Heene's, comedienne Sunda Croonquist, reveals her fears exclusively to ET. "I was always afraid for Mayumi," Sunda tells ET, getting emotional. "I could tell there was something amiss or out of place. … I said to myself, if this kid fell out [of the balloon], I should have done something years ago." Sunda has been close with the Heene family since 1999, when they started working together, and both Mayumi and Sunda were even pregnant at the same for several of their children. "I've known her always as being a hands-on mom," confides Sunda, who pulls no punches when it comes to expressing her concern.

ET has obtained newly unsealed warrant papers related to searches of Dr. Conrad Murray's premises in Las Vegas. The documents, just released by a Nevada judge, are tied to July 28 raids on Murray's home, office and storage unit in Las Vegas. Property taken in the searches included computer hard-drive images, a phone message book, a CD, binders and miscellaneous paperwork. The judge has chosen not to unseal documents pertaining to an August 11 search of a pharmacy where Murray allegedly purchased the sleeping drug propofol, explaining that releasing those papers now "could compromise the Los Angeles Police Department's ongoing investigation into the homicide of Michael Jackson," reports the Associated Press.

The manager of the parking lot of the building in Santa Monica where Richard Heene is reported to have worked talks to ET about the father of the so-called "Balloon Boy," a man he calls a "pretty crazy guy." Jose told ET that Richard had an office where he made demo reels and that he witnessed, on several occasions, the father's temper. "He had a lot of fights with his wife (Mayumi Heene) all the time," he tells ET. "The kids, they didn't behave. ... He'd yell and scream at the kids." Jose recalls an instance when, he says, Richard got into a physical altercation with a female customer after she refused to pay him. The manager says the cops were called out.

Actress Amy Ryan -- who most recently appeared on "The Office" as Michael Scott's girlfriend -- has a new addition to her family!
Amy and fiancé Eric Slovin welcomed a baby girl on Oct. 15 in New York City, People.com reports. The new parents named their daughter Georgia Gracie Slovin.
"All are doing well and so happy," the actress' rep tells People.

Baby Sparrow James Midnight Madden posed for his first People magazine cover with mom Nicole Richie, and his adorning, sleep deprived parents talk about raising their two young children.
"I'm glad I had a girl before I had a boy," Richie tells People magazine of Sparrow's older sister Harlow. "She just loves him so much."
Richie's musician boyfriend and father of Sparrow and Harlow, Joel Madden, says of his daughter, "She's very gentle with [the baby]."

ET has obtained the audio to the frantic 911 call made by Richard and Mayumi Heene, saying that their six-year-old son Falcon might be flying inside their experimental aircraft.
Richard is the first to speak with the Fort Collins Police Department dispatcher, sounding hysterical and crying, explaining what has happened. "My family made an experimental saucer. It wasn't supposed to fly," he says. "I think my six-year-old boy, he got inside and it took off. ... Can anybody rescue him?"
The father of the so-called "Balloon Boy" also admits that 911 wasn't the first number he dialed. "I called the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). They told me to call you guys. ... Is there a helicopter or something?"
