Jessica Simpson, "Ugly Betty"'s Mark Indelicato, "Real Housewives of New York"'s Kelly Bensimon and more stepped out for a good cause in New York on Tuesday. The celebs attended QVC Presents FFANY Shoes on Sale, a shoe sale that benefited breast cancer research and education. Jessica served as the PSA spokeperson for FFANY Shoes on Sale. Viewers at home can join the cause by purchasing the "Shoe of the Day" on weekdays throughout the month of October from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. EST. Anna Nicole Smith’s Former Bodyguard Testifies: Howard K. Stern Shot Up Anna Nicole

ET was in the courtroom as Anna Nicole Smith's former bodyguard, Maurice "Big Mo" Brighthaupt -- who tried to revive the celebrity the day she died in 2007 -- testified on day two of the preliminary hearing in the criminal case against attorney Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who are being charged on counts of conspiracy to furnish the late Smith with drugs. Brighthaupt testified that he saw Stern inject the former Playboy model many times and even encountered Stern in the bathroom, burning a spoon and drawing liquid from it. The former bodyguard said that Stern told him it was Valium and then drew it into a needle with which to inject Smith. Kate Gosselin Speaks Out: The Court Ruled Fairly

Kate Gosselin says she believes the court ruled fairly and sets the record straight about her family funds in a new statement to ET: "As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children," Kate says. "Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues." Her attorney Mark Momjian touches on financial specifics, saying, "In response to an emergency application filed by Kate Gosselin on October 5, 2009, the Honorable Arthur R. Tilson of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas entered an Order today directing Jon Gosselin to return $180,000 in marital funds, which he removed in violation of an arbitrator’s order.
