Actress Bijou Phillips, the half-sister of Mackenzie Phillips, is speaking out to ET about Mackenzie's explosive claims that she had a sexual relationship with their father, John Phillips. ET has obtained the restraining order "Gossip Girl" actress Kelly Rutherford acquired on Thursday against her estranged husband Daniel Giersch. Read on for the details. The temporary restraining order stipulates that Giersch must stay at least 100 yards away from Rutherford and their two young children. Redmond O'Neal, the son of Ryan O'Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett, was transferred from county jail to a California drug treatment facility on Thursday, says a new report. People.com reports that the 24-year-old entered an inpatient drug rehab facility in Pasadena, Calif., where he will be treated for one year. Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have been released from a Texas jail following their arrest for allegedly not paying a California hotel bill in excess of $10,000. Quaid and his wife each posted $20,000 bail on Thursday after being locked in jail for several hours, says the Associated Press -- and Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez tells the news agency that he drove the couple to a bank to acquire the bail money. The couple was taken into police custody on Thursday afternoon.
