Ed Hardy designer and former friend to Michael Jackson, Christian Audigier, will reportedly be taking over the lease to the King of Pop's Holmby Hills mansion. Audigier is said to be relocating to the estate that is owned by Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez, a spokesperson for the clothing line told the Associated Press. Tila “Tequila” Nguyen called the San Diego Sherriff’s Department early Sunday morning, alleging that she was choked and physically restrained by a man when she tried to leave his home, ET confirms. At 3:45 a.m., the San Diego Sheriff’s Department responded to a disturbance call made by the MTV reality star, who alleged that her assailant was San Diego Chargers' linebacker Shawne Merriman. Merriman claims he did not harm Nguyen but says she appeared to be intoxicated and he was concerned for her to drive, he said in a statement to the Associated Press. ET can confirm that an ambulance responded to the home of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" in Wernersville, PA on Saturday. An officer from the Wernersville Police Department confirms to us that the ambulance responded after an elderly woman fell at the home.
