‘Gossip Girl’ Actress Granted Restraining Order Against Husband

ET has obtained the restraining order "Gossip Girl" actress Kelly Rutherford acquired on Thursday against her estranged husband Daniel Giersch. Read on for the details. The temporary restraining order stipulates that Giersch must stay at least 100 yards away from Rutherford and their two young children. It's effective through October 15, at which time a court hearing will be held. In the court papers, the actress accuses her estranged husband of “alarmingly harassing and scary” behavior. “Not only does Daniel harass me, but my child care provider has quit as a result of Daniel’s harassment and threats.” Read More »

Redmond O’Neal Enters Rehab

Redmond O'Neal, the son of Ryan O'Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett, was transferred from county jail to a California drug treatment facility on Thursday, says a new report. People.com reports that the 24-year-old entered an inpatient drug rehab facility in Pasadena, Calif., where he will be treated for one year. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge said O'Neal was "doing extremely well," according to the mag. Read More »

Update: Actor Randy Quaid and Wife Out of Jail

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have been released from a Texas jail following their arrest for allegedly not paying a California hotel bill in excess of $10,000. Quaid and his wife each posted $20,000 bail on Thursday after being locked in jail for several hours, says the Associated Press -- and Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez tells the news agency that he drove the couple to a bank to acquire the bail money. The couple was taken into police custody on Thursday afternoon. "We're told a struggle ensued with Evi Quaid, but she was quickly restrained," a spokesman for the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department tells ET. Read More »

‘American Idol”s Justin Guarini Getting Married

Sorry, ladies. Justin Guarini, the runner-up to Kelly Clarkson on season one of “American Idol,” will be a married man by the end of this week. A rep for Justin tells ET that the 30-year-old singer will marry his fiancee Reina Capodici, 27, this Saturday. The intimate family wedding will be held on a private estate along the Delaware River, not far from both their families' homes in Pennsylvania. ET First: Ted Kennedy’s Will

ET has obtained a copy of Ted Kennedy's last will and testament, and only we are first to show you the documents… An interesting element to the will is that the executor, Paul Kirk, will fill Kennedy's seat now that he's gone. A former Kennedy staffer, former chairman of the Democratic National Committee and the head of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, Kirk was officially named this week as interim senator until a special election in January. The rest of the will, signed by Kennedy and notarized on August 25, 2006, is straightforward business, giving all property "of whatever kind and wherever located" to the trustees of The Edward M. Kennedy 2006 Trust, providing for the payment of debts, funeral and burial expenses and the expenses of administering his estate and related taxes for his wife Victoria R. Kennedy and his children. Former President Bill Clinton recognized R&B star Usher Raymond and Boston Celtics NBA star Paul Pierce at the Clinton Global Initiative opening reception. Clinton met with Pierce and Raymond at the Heads of State Reception at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
