A member of John Travolta's legal team is speaking out to ET about whether the star will testify in the Bahamas next week at the extortion trial tied to his teenage son Jett's death.
A legal representative for actor tells ET that if Travolta is called to testify, he will testify.
Pleasant Bridgewater, a former senator, and Tarino Lightbourne, an ambulance driver, have pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit extortion and aiding to attempted extortion.

Katherine Heigl's musician husband Josh Kelley reportedly sang a song about their baby girl, Nancy Leigh, during a concert in Ohio on Friday night.
"We adopted a baby from Korea, me and my girl, and she's awesome, dude! This girl is the bomb!" Kelley said during his show at Miami University, according to People.com.
The site says he played a new song about his daughter, nicknamed Naleigh, with lyrics including: "Just to see you in mommy's arms is all I need."
