Michael Jackson’s Personal Chef & Security Interviewed by LAPD

ET has the latest in the Michael Jackson death investigation. LAPD confirms that they have conducted new interviews with Alberto Alvarez -- who made the 911 call -- and Michael Amir, Jackson's chef. It is the second time the men have been interviewed. A rep for the department tells ET: "The information that was gained from both men was extremely helpful to the investigation. Both men were very thoughtful and honest with their answers, and both of their stories were consistent. Total time the two were interviewed was about 2 1/2 hours." Read More »

Jerry Lewis’ Telethon to Pay Tribute to Ed McMahon

There are just a few days left until Jerry Lewis' annual Labor Day telethon and the telethon plans to pay homage to the late Ed McMahon. The telethon benefits the nonprofit organization, MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association), which focuses on research, public health education and support services to fight muscular dystrophy and its 40 related conditions. Television icon and regular guest on the telethon, McMahon, passed away on June 23. He was 86. Read More »

New Details in Planned Memorial For DJ AM

A private memorial for the late Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein will be held on Thursday in Los Angeles, and now new details have emerged about the unique format of the memorial service. According to People.com, the invitations for the memorial say that the service will have a specific format in order to acknowledge Goldstein's battle with addiction. "The format of the evening will be in the style of an open 12-step meeting," the invite says. "Adam's friends both from his life in recovery, as well as those from other areas of his life are welcome. We ask only that everyone adhere to the tradition of anonymity and let what they hear there, and who they see there, stay there." Read More »

David Arquette & Courteney Cox Drive Out Hunger

David Arquette is kicking off The Cheesecake Factory and Feeding America's Drive Out Hunger Tour with a visit to the set of "Scrubs" and the set of "Cougar Town"  to visit his wife, Courteney Cox. "I wanted to come see my wife on the 'Cougar Town' set," David tells ET. "One of the creators of her show is also the creator of 'Scrubs,' Bill Lawrence, so he brought them all together and it's just been great -- everybody came out, brought some cans to Feed America." "This whole campaign started because The Cheesecake Factory came up with the great idea to drive out hunger," explains David, who volunteers at the Feeding America charity. "They are going to 30 cities in 30 days to really put an emphasis on Hunger Action Awareness month in September." Read More »
