Olympic figure-skating champion Scott Hamilton returns to the ice!
On Saturday, Nov. 7, Hamilton straps on his skates, marking his return to the sport at age 51 -- more than five years after his last performance -- and his first since being diagnosed with a benign brain tumor.
Hamilton's return will be the highlight of the 10th annual "An Evening with Scott Hamilton and Friends" ice show and gala, a fund raiser for The Scott Hamilton CARES Initiative (Cancer Alliance for Research, Education and Survivorship) at Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute.

Brad Pitt reacts to a grassroots movement in Louisiana to make him the mayor of New Orleans, his family's current hometown.
The "Today" host Ann Curry asked the A-list actor to answer the question, "Would he run for mayor of New Orleans?" Pitt responded jokingly, "“Yeah. I’m running on the gay marriage, no religion, legalization and taxation of marijuana platform.”
“I don’t have a chance,” he said of running for political office. "That’s not what I do best."

Funeral plans have been set for Eunice Kennedy Shriver, who passed away on Tuesday.
Mrs. Shriver will remembered during a public wake at Our Lady of Victory Roman Catholic Church in Centerville, Mass., on Thursday, August 13 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. A prayer service will be held from 6 p.m until 6:30 p.m. and will be led by the Reverend Richard Fragomeni.
A funeral mass entitled "Celebrating The Transformative Eunice Kennedy Shriver," will follow on Friday at 10 a.m. at Saint Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church in Hyannis, Mass., but will be only open to family and invited guests. Before the service, Special Olympians and law enforcement officials will carry the Special Olympics torch into the church, while the family will walk behind Mrs. Shriver's casket. The service will be available for online viewing live at www.eunicekennedyshriver.org.

Michael Douglas and his ex-wife Diandra are speaking out about their son Cameron's drug-related legal woes.
"The family is devastated and very disappointed in Cameron's recent behavior. Any family who has dealt with substance abuse knows how devastating it can be," the Oscar winner’s rep tells People.com.
Cameron, 30, is being held at the New York City's Metropolitan Correctional Center after his girlfriend Kelly Sott was arrested Monday for allegedly trying to sneak him heroin that was hidden in an electric toothbrush.

Michael Douglas' son, Cameron Douglas, is now being held at a correctional facility after his girlfriend Kelly Sott was arrested Monday for allegedly trying to sneak him heroin that was hidden in an electric toothbrush. Read on for details... People.com reports that Douglas, 30, is being held at the New York City's Metropolitan Correctional Center after violating terms of his home detention. Douglas was arrested on July 28 after he was allegedly caught dealing methamphetamine at New York's upscale Hotel Gansevoort, the Associated Press reports. Cameron was also arrested in California in 2007 on cocaine possession charges, says the AP.

ET confirms that Nadya Suleman, known by the media as "Octomom," underwent surgery Tuesday and remains in the hospital. Sources were not specific as to what type of surgery was conducted, but tell ET that the mother of octuplets is expected to leave the hospital this weekend. Her mother, father, nannies and friends are reportedly taking care of her 14 children.
