Dr. Etok to President Obama: ‘What Really Killed Michael was the Doctors’

In the wake of Michael Jackson's death and the alleged questionable medical practices surrounding it, the late King of Pop's friend Dr. Susan Etok has written a letter to the White House asking for stricter consequences for doctors who "over-prescribe and mis-prescribe." "I wrote to President Obama requesting that there were harsher measures against people found to over-prescribe and mis-prescribe," Dr. Etok confirms to ET. "What really killed Michael was the doctors -- the doctors that were prescribing him medications, over-prescribing." Dr. Etok does not single out any one specific doctor. Rather, she writes to Mr. Obama, "Due to his vast wealth and celebrity status, Michael was the victim of manipulation by means of his addiction. It is my belief that no individual Doctor is responsible for Michael's death, rather, a catalogue of Doctors who were enlisted/aided by a collection of organizations that had an interest in Michael's finances." ... Dr. Conrad Murray Responds to Jackson Homicide Claim

The attorney for Dr. Conrad Murray is responding to the Houston search warrant affidavit released today as well as the news that a source claimed that Michael Jackson's death will be ruled a homicide. In a statement to ET, Murray's attorney, Edward Chernoff, says, "Much of what was in the search warrant affidavit is factual. However, unfortunately, much is police theory. Most egregiously, the timeline reported by law enforcement was not obtained through interviews with Dr. Murray, as was implied by the affidavit. Dr. Murray simply never told investigators that he found Michael Jackson at 11:00 am not breathing. He also never said that he waited a mere ten minutes before leaving to make several phone calls. In fact, Dr. Murray never said that he left Michael Jackson's room to make phone calls at all. "We will not comment on the 'anonymous' law enforcement source that claims that Michael Jackson's ... Ryan Jenkins’ Father: My Boy ‘Would Faint at the Sight of Blood’

The father of reality TV star Ryan Jenkins is speaking out on the tragic circumstances of the last week in which Jenkins was accused of murdering ex-wife Jasmine Fiore and then apparently hung himself in a British Columbia motel room. Dan Jenkins, an architect in Calgary, tells the Los Angeles Times, "If my son was guilty, he was crazy. He was not the boy we knew. The boy we knew was not capable of anything remotely close to this act." "Megan Wants a Millionaire" contender Ryan Jenkins was wanted last weekend in an international manhunt after Fiore's body was found in a Buena Park, CA dumpster stuffed in a suitcase, strangled, her fingers and teeth removed. Police say her breast implants helped them identify the body. Jenkins reportedly made a run for the Canadian border and was later discovered Sunday hanged in the motel room. Read More »
