A Los Angeles judge made a ruling Friday about a proposed memorabilia deal that the late King of Pop's mother, Katherine Jackson, had objected to. Attorneys for Jackson's mother had opposed the deal, arguing that the estate should earn more than an even 50-50 split of profits from the deal, among other concerns. The approved deal will consist of a three-city exhibition that is expected to open around the time of the "This Is It" film release on Oct. 28, which will be a documentary of Jackson's rehearsal footage.
