ET can confirm that music star George Michael was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after being involved in a car crash in England. A spokesperson for the Thames Valley Police tells us that around 1 a.m. on August 14, officers reported a collision between a Land Rover and another vehicle. Authorities arrested the driver of the Land Rover, a 46-year-old man, and took him into police custody. He was later released without charge at 5:55 a.m. The police spokesperson tells us there were minor injuries and no one went to the hospital.

ET has learned that George Clooney will file suit against two magazines and a photographer after photos of a 13-year-old guest in his Italian home were taken and published. The actor released the following statement to ET: "We're suing two magazines AND a photographer. I don't know about the law in the United States but in Italy it's illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom. I draw the line of privacy at that."

ET special correspondent Diane Dimond is breaking down reports that claim the King of Pop offered more than $800,000 to obtain a cocktail of prescription drugs. Britain's Daily Mirror reports that Susan Etok, who reportedly holds a PhD in biomaterial engineering, is alleging that on March 6 in a London hotel, Michael Jackson begged her to use her UK contacts to obtain a cocktail of drugs for him that included Propofol and Demerol. Etok tells the UK paper that Michael told her he wanted the drugs to get through his upcoming O2 shows and that money was no object. Etok, according to the Daily Mirror, says Jackson offered her over $826,000.

Kendra Wilkinson has announced her unborn son's name on her blog.
"Hank and I have soooo much to do to prepare for our baby’s arrival," the former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner wrote Friday, continuing, "but one thing we can already cross off our list is coming up with a name. We’ve already decided to name our son Hank Baskett IV!!!"
The former "Girl Next Door" said that the couple chose the name because her husband Hank's father and grandfather shared the name.

U2 star Bono is opening up about the late Eunice Kennedy Shriver, whose funeral was held earlier Friday.
In a written statement Bono says his “mouth is unusually shut” after Shriver’s passing, according to the Associated Press. He goes on to call her “a friend, mentor, and matriarch of the community that binds all activists.”
The star singer couldn’t attend Shriver’s funeral on Friday in Massachusetts because U2 was slated to play shows at London’s Wembley Stadium, says the AP, adding that Bono sent a trio of Irish musicians to perform at her wake and burial.

ET has learned that Olympic champ Michael Phelps will be cited by Baltimore police following a Thursday night car accident he was involved in. A Baltimore police spokesperson tells ET that the department will cite Phelps for driving with an invalid Maryland license, and for not having established residency in the state. Phelps has not yet been fined, but he is required to appear in court.
