Funeral plans have been set for Eunice Kennedy Shriver, who passed away on Tuesday. Mrs. Shriver will remembered during a public wake at Our Lady of Victory Roman Catholic Church in Centerville, Mass., on Thursday, August 13 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. A prayer service will be held from 6 p.m until 6:30 p.m. and will be led by the Reverend Richard Fragomeni. A funeral mass entitled "Celebrating The Transformative Eunice Kennedy Shriver," will follow on Friday at 10 a.m. at Saint Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church in Hyannis, Mass., but will be only open to family and invited guests. Before the service, Special Olympians and law enforcement officials will carry the Special Olympics torch into the church, while the family will walk behind Mrs. Shriver's casket. ET confirms that Nadya Suleman, known by the media as "Octomom," underwent surgery Tuesday and remains in the hospital. Sources were not specific as to what type of surgery was conducted, but tell ET that the mother of octuplets is expected to leave the hospital this weekend. Washington made the public service announcement for the NO H8 campaign, which was launched by photographer Adam Bouska and partner Jeff Parshley in opposition to the passage of Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage in California. A number of celebs have also posed for NO H8 campaign photos, including Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and hubby Pete Wentz, director Bryan Singer, Fran Drescher and John McCain's daughter Meghan, as well as hundreds of private citizens.
