Ashley Judd Goes Back to School

Hollywood actress Ashley Judd has enrolled in Harvard University's Mid-Career Master in Public Administration (MC/MPA) program. Judd's publicist tells The Harvard Crimson that the 41-year-old actress has enrolled in the MC/MPA program at the Harvard Kennedy school. The program is designed to increase the skills and knowledge of well established and high performing professionals, who are looking to enhance their public service careers or leadership roles, The Harvard Crimson says. Chris Brown Assault Sentencing Delayed

Chris Brown appeared in court on Wednesday to be sentenced for pleading guilty to felony assault in June related to a domestic violence incident involving his then-girlfriend Rihanna, but the judge announced that the hearing has been delayed. The judge said the Brown's hearing will be continued on August 27 at 2 p.m. The R&B singer arrived to the L.A. courthouse in a grey suit, pink shirt and sunglasses. Last month, he released a video on his official Web site apologizing for his actions and to Rihanna. Brown's plea deal calls for him to face five years of probation and six months of community labor, says the Associated Press. Read More »

Lisa Ling on Sister Laura: She’s ‘Really Anxious’ to Eat Fresh Food

TV journalist Lisa Ling, along with the husband of her newly freed sister Laura Ling, spoke candidly Wednesday about the condition of the journalists on their first day back home from North Korea. Lisa Ling described her sister as being "exhausted," revealing what she's looking forward to: "She said she's really, really anxious to eat fresh fruit and fresh food. She was telling us how there were rocks in her rice…she's just anxious to eat fresh food. I know that there will be a sushi dinner at some point really soon."
