Chris Brown Clarifies Larry King Remark, Wants to ‘Channel’ Anger

Chris Brown is setting the record straight about remarks he made in a new CNN interview with Larry King. Brown, whose interview on Larry King Live airs Wednesday, tells People.com what he meant by a statement he made in a newly released clip from the interview: "There have been reports on the Internet that I didn't remember what happened that night with Rihanna. I want to try and set things straight. That 30 seconds of the interview they used of me was taken from a one-hour interview during which that same question was asked something like 4 or 5 times -- and when you look at the entire interview you will see it is not representative of what I said. Travis Barker’s Band Cancels Concert Due to DJ AM’s Death

Travis Barker and his band mates from blink-182 have announced that they are canceling a show due to the death of Travis' friend and fellow musician, DJ AM. The band posted a statement to their Web site announcing the cancellation of their Monday night show, saying: "Due to circumstances surrounding the unfortunate and untimely passing of our dear friend Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein, blink-182 will not be playing tonight in Saratoga, NY, at SPAC. Performances by Weezer, Taking Back Sunday and Chester French will take place as planned along with some special surprises. We thank all of our fans for their support in this tough time." Renee Zellweger Involved in Car Crash

ET can confirm that Renee Zellweger was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Monday. Read on for details. A police representative tells ET that Zellweger was driving a silver Mercedes in Beverly Hills, Calif., when the driver of a green Ford Explorer made an illegal U-turn and hit the front of Zellweger's car. Carrie Prejean Files Suit Alleging Religious Discrimination

Former Miss California Carrie Prejean filed a lawsuit Monday in Los Angeles Superior court against Miss California USA officials, including former co-executive director Shanna Moakler, accusing them of religious discrimination among other things. In the complaint, Prejean -- who was dethroned as Miss California USA on June 10 -- is accusing pageant officials of religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and defamation. The beauty queen was stripped of her title two months after speaking out about her feelings against same sex marriage at the Miss USA competition on April 19. Dr. Drew: Pain Meds May Have Led DJ AM to Relapse

Dr. Drew Pinksy of “Celebrity Rehab” claims that pain medications prescribed to Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein during his recovery from a 2008 plane crash could have opened the doors for a relapse. Pinsky told the Associated Press, “It very slowly and subtly reawakens addiction. I’m not saying it was inappropriately prescribed, I’m saying he didn’t know the risks.” The AP says pain medication was prescribed to the disc jockey following two skin graft surgeries he underwent as part of his recovery from a tragic plane crash last year. According to the news service, law enforcement called to the scene found a crack pipe and prescription pills in the apartment where Goldstein was found dead Friday evening. Read More »
