A lawyer for Daniel Bark, the New Jersey man charged with drunken driving in connection with the death of former "American Idol" hopeful Alexis Cohen, says his client will enter a "not guilty" plea. The Los Angeles County Coroner's office says the autopsy results of Michael Jackson will be delayed, according to a new report. Citing Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter, the Associated Press reports that although the results were expected to be released this week, they are likely going to come in sometime next week.
